Matthew Paige Damon was in Oak Park filming a scene in the
Backyard of a Frank Lloyd Wright Home and then signing
paper, skates, shirts, for fans and admirers.

and Thrilled
All the Residents with Kindness,
Attention, and Lots
of Signatures....

Matt Damon was in Oak Park working
on his new film
Ocean's Twelve, the sequel to
Ocean's Eleven-with another
partner added to the team.
The internet is filled with facts,
photos, and fan clubs for this
popular film star. This self
made young man has been popular
with the women since
his high school years, according
to the many interviews and
notes on his life. He
left Oak Park with many new fans, his
class, and kindness will be
remembered by many in this town.
Kids and adults were lined up
for about a quarter of a block
and each one had something signed
and many had their
cameras ready for that personal
shot, many that Mr. Damon
took himself with the fans.
I have seen many celebrities evade
and brush off fans, but none
of that happened here. Mr. Damon signed kid's roller blades, shirts,
notespads, and
brought a ton of smiles to young
admirers.

The Oak Park girl is twelve year
old Thia, a nearby resident who had been waiting across the street for
just a glimpse of Matt Damon. Members of the filming crew said to
wait there and she could see him get into his car. When the line
started to form and Matt Damon started meeting his fans the young girl
came across the street with her friends.
Mr. Damon steps down for a pose with Thia, a good day for
a little Oak Park fan.

The next shooting is to take
place in Europe and many Oak Parker's will be looking for the release of
Matt Damon's next
movie.
