Trained in the Sassoon cutting techniques, Frank has won cut and style competitions, worked as a platform artist for a major beauty product company, and traveled internationally teaching hair cutting and coloring. Frank is a Board Certified Master Hair Colorist, one of a select few from the US, and specializes in hair coloring, color corrections, and styling.  Pagani Hair specializes in Balayage hair coloring technique.  Balayage, a European trend, but rare in the U.S. is when color is hand painted on the hair, resulting in a more natural, subtle look. Today, Frank owns and operates Pagani Hair Salon in Oak Park, IL as well as Hair Knowledge Plus, an advanced education company that teaches techniques to licensed hair stylists throughout Illinois.
