River Forest Arrest photo of Eric Caine
River Forest Police are Exonerated
by Ed Vincent

The residents of River Forest interviewed a week ago at Keystone Park 100 year anniversary love their local police department and those knowing Officer Laird call him
"a good cop and a regular guy."

Officer Laird has been on the River Forest police department for almost a decade now and has had exemplary service. If someone is seeing what they might feel to be too much of Officer Laird there's usually a strong correlation between them and their misbehaviors.

Many residents we spoke to have never been pulled over in River Forest in there 50 years of living in the community and yet Eric Caine has had numerous run-ins with the law, and the officers charged upholding the law.  Since all of Mr. Caine's have happened in the evening and in the area where Mr. Caine lives there are only two officers at night watching that region of River Forest, he would have a 50% chance of getting Officer Laird as a responding policeman.

Young residents of River Forest are enjoying the band on the Annual
Back to School event at Keystone Park and this year an additional
celebration of the park's 100 year history.

Eric Caine has received arrests in almost every neighborhood surrounding River Forest and for the most part they had to do with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a drivers license, resisting arrest and a host of other bad choices all under his control.

Mr. Caine is also responsible for putting Mr. Aaron Patterson on death row in the state of Illinois, by offering false testimony against him. He reportedly testified that he saw Mr. Patterson stab two elderly Hispanics to death.
This was reportedly done to save his own skin at the time.
(Aaron Patterson was pardoned by Gov. Ryan but has since returned to jail, all on his own for a 30 year visit.  Selling guns and drugs had something to do with it.)

The courts later found that he had been coerced under duress with physical abuse to confessing his own stated guilt.  The years he spent in jail and on death row were a tragic time in the state of Illinois, and particularly tragic for Mr. Caine.

Before going into jail he had been a gang member and drug user in Chicago, now on his release from prison and death row, alcohol seems to be playing a very negative role in his living.   Recently Mr. Caine was awarded a sum of $10,000,000.00 for his time in jail and damages from the county.  If he wants to continue drinking too much he can now afford a driver full time.

Some of Mr. Caines behavior might very well go unnoticed in certain neighborhoods in Chicago, where sleeping in your car outside might not even be commented on, but in the suburbs that kind of behavior on streets where there's no parking overnight -- you're going to stick out like a sore thumb with that behavior.

A few good friends with moral behavior and perhaps some professional counseling might be helpful.

River Forest Police Record of a call from a neighbor concerning loud noise and a disturbance on a Monday night at 11:09 pm when some people with jobs would like
to be sleeping for work the next day.  Mr. Caine called this incident a "false domestic".
How about rude and inconsiderate behavior to your neighbors??
