Father’s search for internationally kidnapped daughter Michael Sanchez of, Illinois, has exhausted every financial aspect of his life in the search for his daughter, Emily Machado’ only to come up empty handed. His daughter was kidnapped March of 2008 from Berwyn by the biological mother and taken to Brazil. Being a young college student, Michael has recently been able to get the help from MTV to cover his story in his search for his daughter. MTV will be filming the next scheduled fundraiser to help with the cost as Michael continues his search. The mother should have not been able to exit the United States. There was a court order not to remove the child from the State or Country. This has also enabled Michael to include his case in a very powerful federal bill in progress to stop these types of kidnappings. Even though Michael is surrounded by family and a much extended support system, sometimes he feels as there is no hope in store to be reunited with his daughter. FUNDRAISER IN CHICAGO ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 19, 2009 6:00-9:00 DIVERSEY RIVER BOWL. 2211 WEST DIVERSEY. 60647 All are welcome to attend the fundraiser. Michael would like to extend this invitation not only to the public but to other parents who have been though similar situations. Michael feels it is the up most importance for people who have been though this to be able to come together, share their experiences, and join together to put an end to this type of kidnappings. Michael’s ultimate goal is to wrap his daughter in his arms, tell her how much he loves her, how much he missed her and to never let her go again.
