NICOR'S 12th ANNUAL VOLUNTEER DAY
An opportunity to give back to your community!

Brookfield Zoo, located at 3300 Golf Road in Brookfield, will have volunteers, many with young children, complete a craft project.
More than 1,000 Nicor Gas employees, family members, and friends are expected to take part in the company's 12th Annual Volunteer Day. Volunteers of all ages will be contributing to 18 philanthropic projects in 17 communities throughout northern Illinois, coming together to participate in activities ranging from outdoor beautification to sorting donations at local food pantries.
Community members are invited and encouraged to participate as Nicor celebrates its annual tradition of helping to build better communities through volunteerism. Nicor community organizers are available to pair interested volunteers with the nearest project sites and non-profit organizations in need of help.
