Tribute to the late Luciano Pavarotti
May 3, 2008 at 8:00 pm

review by Ed Vincent

The Other 3 Tenors with Franco Martorana, Warren Molton, and Simon Kung Lee are a Troika of talent (тройка) a Triumvirate of taste, these
three young men have more than enough talent to fill La Scala twice
and have their humor and antics flood the streets with delight.

All of these men have powerful voices, but few have the comic abilities of  Mr. Molton.  Mr. Molton could be the next Victor Borge of music, and his singing is ten times better than Victor's ever was.  Mr. Parvarotti had humble beginning himself and each of these fine tenors has worked in a myriad of
different jobs, many at the blue color working level.

There is no other group on today's stage that has the sheer talent of these
three musical gifts.  The audiences loved their songs, laughed at their antics and took off their hats with applause for the events.

Franco Martorana, Warren Molton, and Simon Kung Lee should be household names when the 'Opera' is mentioned, and we are talking
about today.  Mortorana has a couple of albums available (
one on Sacred Music to be released soon....in the Summer of 2008)  and Mr. Molton has
a two cd album filled with modern day classics and timeless opera arias,
all sung with beauty and bravado.

This is the second show at the Arcada and applause should go to the
Onesti Productions for their support of fine Arts.  Mr. Onesti has a
wide range of productions that appear at the Arcada Theatre and for
the local residents that don't have the time and desire to travel into the
city, the savings in gas could probably pay for one ticket to many of his
shows.  This show was a success and hopefully more to follow of this
quality.  Thank you Mr. Onesti....

An intimate theater with a nice stage.  The Three Other Tenors are a group of highly talented performers, lots of talent with a good dash of humor.

They make any show a success and this tribute to the late Luciano Pavarotti is a treat not to be missed.  Franco Martorana is one of the best tenors alive today and his voice has grand quality not unlike the late great Pavarotti.

Franco Martorana is joined on stage with his two other talented  friends Warren Molton, and Simon Kung Lee.  The Three together are called the Other Three Tenors...and they are wonderful.
