Feline Shelter Needs A Home

The Feline Wellness Center of Forest Park is in dire need of space to house adoptable cats and kittens.

Dr. Kim Kempfer, DVM runs the Center, and in addition to regular clinic hours, FWC is also a feline shelter, taking in unwanted cats and kittens, working to make them healthy, and finding loving homes.  “We are completely filled up with 80 cats now at our facility, and with winter and the cold weather just around the corner, we will be trying to help scores more find a warm, safe shelter from the storm.  I just don’t know where I’m going to put them all,” said Dr. Kempfer.

The FWC is in immediate need of space in the Oak Park, Forest Park or River Forest area.  Donations and loving families wanting to adopt cats are also needed.  For more information on FWC, see their web site at www.felinewellnesscenter.com, or call
JoAnn Cruz at (708) 366-5670.
